Ms. Cecily Odom is the Associate Chief, Cyberspace Superiority Panel, Directorate of Programs, AF/A8. She and a team of Planners and Programmers integrate development of the Cyberspace portfolio’s $31B budget submission and 30-year Resource Allocation Plan totaling $157B.
During her 35-year career, she has held a variety of engineering and communications positions serving for the Air Logistics Center, Air Force Material Command, Headquarters Air Force and Air Education and Training Command.
Prior to her current assignment, Ms. Odom was a Programmer/Planner for the Space & Cyberspace Superiority Panel. In this branch, she directed and prioritized the activities within the Cyberspace Panel by validating, programming, budgeting, and controlling almost $5B AF Total Force Cyber resources; Fostered, developed, and maintained productive relationships with senior staff within the U.S. Air Force (USAF), Department of Defense (DoD), and numerous other government and non-governmental agencies.
